We guide and support individuals to help find stable and affordable housing, which can include temporary shelters or transitional housing options. 

We provide programs offering resume workshops, vocational training, job readiness, and pre-employment services to help individuals find and maintain employment. 

We offer a personalized goal-oriented plan developed with a case manager who guides individuals to the resources they need to achieve their goals. 

We offer mentoring and peer support from individuals who have successfully reintegrated, providing guidance and encouragement.
